Having a contract is important for the captain and crew to understand what is expected of each party throughout the season. Here is a crew contract you can save and edit to make it work for you. I based this contract on one that my fisherman signed for a season in Bristol Bay, written by a Partner of a Commercial Fisherman, and the conditions under 7(c) made me laugh, and I had to keep it in. Edit as you wish.
