        Commercial fishing can seem like a one-way street, where all the focus is on your fisherman, the season, the catch, the weather, etc. Yet, what truly matters—above all—is your well-being, and taking a few moments for yourself will do wonders for your relationship and the peace at home and easing anxiety/fear/doubt within.

        If you’re interested in meditation and don’t know where to start, Headspace has an incredible series that is the perfect introduction. You can watch them either on Netflix or YouTube. I’ll share the Netflix links first:

        • On Netflix, each episode is about 20 minutes: the first 10-15 minutes explain how it works through true stories and fun visuals, and the last 5-10 minutes guide you through a simple meditation to relax the mind. I love meditation and would love to go on the journey with you.
