This conversation inspired a piece in National Fisherman that went semi-viral in the BC commercial fishing community, I am told. I am so honored to help facilitate a fellow POCF to speak their truth and get their voices heard!
Melissa goes off, and it is inspiring to hear what this POCF, mom, and small business owner is working to improve and fight for their fishery. Note: She DID know this was being recorded for the private podcast series, so that you know 😉 , and she gets really personal about what’s happening to the fisheries up there. It’s just different when you speak to people who get you, am I right? (That’s you, POCF!)
