I love practicing yoga in the morning because stretching my body after sleeping and getting ready for the day feels good. In the on and off seasons,
I do it justĀ to stay grounded through the ups and downs of commercial fishing and life in general. It has now become a healthy habitĀ I canāt live without.
The best part is that there are free classes online!
Here are my three favorite yogis to follow on YouTube and a bit about their vibe:
